Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to help improve our capacity to serve our clients.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• Established long-term relationships with other leaders in the A/E, construction, vendor, rep, and P3 sectors to expand our reach into the market and support our ability to pursue larger and more diverse offerings within the water sector.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, client service, and technical practice teams in growing and evolving the business development process.
• Ability to mentor key emerging leaders to support their collective speed to leadership positions and enhance their client management skills.
• History of identification and capture of key resources to drive growth in critical geographic, technical or market sectors.
• Ability to develop and implement strategy to drive growth and evolve the business to optimize current market opportunities.
• Proven track record of driving productive and sustainable relationships with internal and external business partners (both suppliers and clients).
• Previous leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate the organization to achieve annual revenue growth targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while working with highly diverse teams.
• BS in related environmental degrees, i.e., biology, engineering.
• Embodiment of the Carollo Leadership principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
